My whole family have AP's and I tried to register for the AP early entry and all dates are taken for when we are there but we are staying at the Californian so we are hotel guests...my question is, does early entry for hotel guests get you into cars land or how do I dos this? My husband will be with us and Because he does not come with us often, I really want him to experience the rides but he does not do well with lines so the 2 hours plus wait is not an option...any help is appreciated!!!

Cars Land and much of Paradise Pier is open during that time. The FP machines are not turned on until park opening, but the line is already forming.

Also, have people found that (if RSR isn't down) there could be time to ride during early entry and still get into the FP line before they are all gone?

    Thanks.

DD came and took my place in line (they had snaked us backwards through the TTBAB queue.) People were coming and going, trading places and bringing coffee.

I went on Luigi with rest of fam, again with no wait. They started giving out FP's at 8. We left via BugsLand. Went on TOT and as we were exiting Hollywood Land the line for FP's was snaked around through Hollywoodland across to the far side of Animation. CM's were walking the line telling people that they were not guaranteed to get FP's.

DD went another day and said the CM's walked the 8am guests to the entry of Carsland like they do for Toy Story.

I'd be happy to answer any other questions or check with DD as she and grandson went to mornings without us :)

By the time we got off, Luigi's was packed and we did not even try for a fast pass. The next morning we entered thru main gates as the hotel entrance side was lined way too far and they only have 2 people doing bag checks and 2 turn stalls so we went to main gate. There are 2 lines, the AP line and hotel guests. The AP line was allowed in first and by the time we got to Carsland, the line for the racers was all the way to Maters. We bypassed it and went to Luigi's where we had a 5 min wait. After that, we left and went to the pier and rode screaming and toy story each twice before 8 am. We heard that the RSR were down for 2 hours that day.
