I would expect that they will be moving things like that in there. Perhaps they will be fully enclosing it too, which would allow for it to host more serious theater events. I wouldn't be horribly surprised if Aladdin from DCA moved over there after it ended its run in California. (Although I haven't heard of it closing any time soon, or plans to do anything with it once it's done at DLR)

And if you look closely at the construction of the hunchback theater, there are already walls on the inside.
