    I just used a similiar system a few weeks ago when going to see "Pirates"...It easily cut down on at least ten minutes of my time compared to how the standard box office line was moving...Hopefully this will work out and they will use it elsewhere within the resort....

With only 4 ticket windows, the lines must have been enormous unless a majority of those people had UPH's. I seriously doubt that the humans in the ticket booths are going away... just being assisted by the machines so that they don't end up with 30 people in a line at once. Especially since the last 3 times we've been there they've only had two ticket windows open.

    So they've already eliminated the jobs, and are only now figuring out how to handle the work that the laid off cast members used to do!
