In the last couple of weeks both parks have closed due to capacity. With only 4 ticket windows, the lines must have been enormous unless a majority of those people had UPH's. I seriously doubt that the humans in the ticket booths are going away... just being assisted by the machines so that they don't end up with 30 people in a line at once. Especially since the last 3 times we've been there they've only had two ticket windows open.
