Can you get a three day multi-park prass for the price of a two day pass?

What discounts are available down there? I've heard that Costco can save you money. I've heard that local grocery stores (that they don't have hear in Sacramento) can give you discounts, Ralph's perhaps? As an AP I haven't paid any attention to any of this (I'm blessed that my job gets me down there four or five times a year).

So, what can I do to save my kids some bucks?

I feel pretty silly not knowing this stuff anymore, but when you have the chance to visit four or five times a year you forget all about the best way to save money on a once year visit.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

($30 off) The only thing I see at Costco is the City Pass ($165/$205). Maybe someone else knows about supermarket specials, I haven't heard of it.

    >>>Play 4 Days Ticket at Costco

Selected Southern California Costco stores sometimes sell a Play 4 Days ticket for $129 (ages 3 through adult) that gives you 4 days of admission to Disneyland or Disney's California Adventure. This ticket does not allow for hopping between parks on the same day. You can only visit one park per day.

There may be blockout dates, so check when purchasing. The ticket expires after you use all 4 days, or on the stated expiration date, whichever comes first. All 4 days on the pass are to be used by the same person. The person using the tickets must be a Southern California resident living between zip codes 90000-93599. They will check ID at Disneyland.

Be aware that there is some hassle involved in buying and using this ticket. At Costco you'll pick up a big plastic package off the shelf. After making your purchase, you must trade the package at the service counter for a voucher. Then you take the voucher to the ticket booth at Disneyland (which means waiting in line) and they'll look at your Southern California ID and issue the actual ticket.

If you want to buy these in person, not all Costco stores carry them, so call ahead and ask. Limit of 8 tickets per member per day. Keep in mind that Southern California ID is required at time of redemption.

This ticket is sometimes available online at Costco.com and you don't have to be a Costco member to buy through their site. (Non-members pay a 5% surcharge, however.) There is a shipping charge when ordering from Costco.com, which varies. Keep in mind that Southern California ID is required at time of redemption and you will have to trade in the voucher for the actual ticket at the Disneyland ticket booths, which means waiting in line.

Thanks to Darkbeer, April and Erin M for additional info.<<<

They are not park hopper tickets and must be used by So Cal residents only.

The 4 day tickets packages are available at the Southern California COSTCO's. Four one day one park tickets. All four tickets must be used by the same person. Zip codes 90000 - 93599 only, proof of address required. The tickets expire September 30, 2008. The cost is $139.00 or $34.75 a day and no blackout days. This is cheaper then a blackout day ticket!
