I much prefer the setup in Orlando, even if F! is not as good there.

Not sure they would sway my own feelings about the show. Still, F! *is* a signature event at DL, so if someone hasn't seen it, it should be a "must-do."
Originally Posted By fkurucz <<Going on rides and not being smothered by crowds is high on our priority list.>> Just be warned that you will be in a tightly packed crowd when watching the show. On really busy nights I avoid that area of the park until F! is over. It is literally wall to wall people.
Originally Posted By retlawfan I haven't see a full show in years. We usually use those times to get on Pirates, HM, Splash, etc, since the lines are a lot shorter when F! is showing. That being said. YES, it is a must see. After a few times of waiting for HOURS to see it, we started going to the second showing. We would arrive just as the first show was just finishing up, and work our way to the front and center area. Great seats, and only about an hour wait. Do take note of the warnings above. Be prepared for people to show up at the last minute and "invade" your space. Not much you can do about it, and remain civil. People just do it. Stretch out as much as possible ahead of time, so when people do move in, you still have enough space to be comfortable. HAVE FUN!

Having said that, if you are tall enough, or have enough $$$ for either desert offerings, it might be worth it.

The areas in front of the river are roped off and that area is usually for sitting.
