Have the resort notify your relative that a "gift" has been delivered for them. I had sent a gift basket to my brother and sister-in-law and the resort desk told them that there was a message at the front deck. They paniced that something had happened to their children back at home. So I always tell the Disney Florist to let the know that a "gift" needs to be picked up.
