I'd like to have a fruit basket and a tropical flower arrangement delivered to their room.

Who do I call? The concierge at the Poly?

WDW florist was helpful. Tomorrow they're sending over flowers and a gourmet basket of fruit, cheese and crackers, and bottled water---with 2 mm ear balloons attached.

I requested Fiji water (for the Poly, of course!) but they only do Dasani. Must be a coca-cola thing....

I had the gift cards to read from their grandkids----I better call the girls and tell them what I did so when their grandparents call to thank them they'll know what they're talking about. :)

I had sent a gift basket to my brother and sister-in-law and the resort desk told them that there was a message at the front deck. They paniced that something had happened to their children back at home. So I always tell the Disney Florist to let the know that a "gift" needs to be picked up.
