Not to mention showing them images of the old rooms at the Contemporary is just wrong. So, I beg you, please.. Tell Disney their website sucks. I know many people feel this way but not many people tell Disney the truth about their website. Without signifigant statistical evidence that something is wrong Disney will not move to right this problem. So i'm providing the link to Disneyworld.com and at the bottom of the page, please click: "Tell us what you think" http://disneyworld.disney.go.c om/wdw/index And this link might work to go right to the survey... https://secure.audienceprofiler.com/ussurvey/dis950a_feb/index.asp

This way, in the event of under performance, the people responsible for the decision can trot out not only the consultants' recommendations, but the fact that they measured the customer's viewpoint throughout the process. As such, any problems with the end result must be from elsewhere.

Just more "data" to bring into the monthly meeting to further justify how awsome middle management guy Smith is and why he should be promoted. Besides, if they wanted your opinion they'd give it to you.
