    For me there are 2:
    1. Going to church
    2. Language and culture related indian activities. There is such spirituality within everything we do in these two areas. It calms, soothes and just brings a powerful sense of purpose over me like nothing I've ever done before EXCEPT be a Christian. It took me quite the journey to see the relationship between the two but I get it now and nothing is more powerful or peaceful to me.

The other is snuggling with one or both of my kiddos when they're asleep. I mean that nice calm sleep because they fell asleep while you were reading to them or while watching a movie or something of that nature. I just love that and never want it to end (until my arm or something starts falling asleep)!

Mrs. E. I know I'd also feel better if I did more scripture reading. I know I don't do nearly enough.

Being in a clean house makes me feel peaceful. Clutter definitely makes me feel chaotic and stressed so cleaning it up makes me feel really good.

My daughter usually makes me feel very centered and peaceful.
