It would make more sense to have them online, where people could look up what was available and book it themselves, rather than be stuck on hold to talk to a human, who may not correctly write down your name, party size, etc.

Currently, there are two in Disneyland (Blue Bayou and Café Orleans) and two in DCA (Ariel's Grotto and Wine Country Trattoria), plus the numerous restaurants in Downtown Disney. The only one of those they don't handle is Rainforest Café. So, if you're visiting and want to get reservations ahead, you have to call a long distance number (if you don't live in the immediate area), and hold on the phone. Not fun. They take reservations either by phone, or in person, up to 60 days in advance.

I DETEST the Minnie and Friends Breakfast. For my money, I'd rather do reservations to eat the buffet food over at Storyteller's at the Grand Californian.
