I also warned him as a first timer to any Disney park, not to base his opinions on this park alone, and that the other parks were a lot bigger and better, but for a day trip, its fine. After the conversation I realise it was rather difficult despite loving the park, to recomend it to other people who may be visiting for the first time. I than realise is this park and its short comings actually hurting the Disney name.

But I don't think it's a great idea. There is so much more to see in HK, LA, Tokyo, and Paris (I assume) and with such a limited amount of time I just can't see the justification there. On the other hand, HK is the easiest to deal with lol. Honestly if anyone in that situation asked me I would recommend a half-day to start with and then decide in the afternoon if you want to stay or go elsewhere. That would be assuming they go when the park opens, of course.
