We attended the Rose Bowl Fourth of July and the guy next to us was bragging that he entered several times using multiple email addresses and that he was going to sell the tickets! Besides me wanting to tell him off, I didn't know what to say. Scum, I guess, sums it all up.

We did see a report on TV last night of a local lady who was granted a ticket plus one. She was very happy and sad and was full of emotion both ways. They asked her if she was going to sell the ticekts and she looked at the interviewer like she grew a second head. THIS is the kind of fan who should be going.

And if you don't have a ticket, are you actually going to go down there? Why?

    Might as well go grave-robbing.

    I've never seen MJ live.

I did, however, wait what felt like AGES to see the premiere of Thriller on MTV back when dinosaurs walked around when I was in High School.

I also worked for the company that did the video for Earthsong. I did not get an MJ sighting, but I bought his food, bottled water and blood-red roses for when he visited.

And I had two other MJ sightings over the years.

Too bad others decided to be selfish and lower the chances for fans who would genuinely like to attend.

And yes, it really makes me mad if a non-fan got a ticket thus disallowing some real fan to get in.

    Karma tocks.

They are encouraging people to "attend" via their TV and internet connections.

On a side note, my office is near (in Los Angeles' speak) Forest Lawn. Helicopters have been going for about an hour now. I don't expect them to settle down until late tomorrow.
