The Hilton is great, but ginormous. It is much harder to get downstairs quickly. And the pool area is wonderful. The down side is that the bathroom is a bit small. But otherwise a very nice place!

Hilton always seemed so business-y and the service is not as friendly... the rooms are also older. If you stay at Sheraton Park, ask for a theme-park view. You can see the fireworks from your room.

When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the fridge and the lady told me it would be $30/day. I mentioned my phone conversation and she was actually quite rude to me (I wonder if the phone guy gave out this wrong info to a lot of people). It annoyed me bc I really needed a fridge since I had a baby at the time and needed somewhere to keep his milk. She wasn't sympathetic at all which is why I'm given the impression that the service there is not nearly as good at other hotels (where they basically bend over backwards to make you happy). Also, the parking garage at Hilton sucks.

Also, there is a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel and it goes direct from there to DL. And if you are a Starbucks fan, they have a full Stabucks inside (not the typical smallish hotel type Starbucks). The parking isn't great, but unless you are going back and forth to your car a bunch of times it isn't that big of a deal.
