If the captain died then there would be no captain to hold the key. I would assume that means there is another key. This key is what the East India Compay is looking for. This key could be musical. -The other thing is that Tia (the swamp witch)has a locket that looks like the one that Davey Jones has on his pipe organ. This is a connection. That locket may be the captain's key. We got a good look at that key while Will stole the other key. Since they locket is a musicbox my musical "key" theory still fits. THe flying dutchman's pipe-organ could be a key also. -Did anyone else notice that they Black Pearl was dragged down not destroyed. That is why they can look for it. Tell me what you think

I thought that it stayed in tact, but didn't want to be wrong about it. The Dutchman can go up and down, so why not the Pearl. Also, Jack didn't seem to resist too much, so it is possible that it was in his plan the whole time. ("She's just a ship." Yah, sure Jack. We've all seen the first one) I think that Will and Elizabeth (or someone and Elizabeth) will be getting married by the end. As I was watching the swamp scene, it occured to me that they could have a party in a swamp with a white plantation house with a patio and colored lanterns. Sound framiliar? Bootstraps will have to be saved somehow. I find it hard to believe that they would just leave it at that, and totally forget about it. Obviously, they will have to find Jack. I just had to get that out of the way, since that was the most clear motivation left. Elizabeth will have some 'splaining to do, about leaving Jack on the Pearl and what Will saw. The heart will have to be retrieved from the East India Trading Company. I don't think that it will stay there for long. Also, Norrington will have some sort of promotion to go along with his delivery. And I hope (but doubt) that they explain who the creepy spy from Tortuga is. We still need to know more about Tia and what her relation with Jack is, and how she know Davey Jones. This could be anything from a huge part of the movie to just a minor passing comment. Speaking of minor passing comments, Elizabeth said that Isle de Muerta sank back into the sea when talking to the accountant guy the first night. What?! I hope that there is some explination of that. This would mean that the monkey will always be immortal (he's still around today!) and there is no home port for the Pearl.

My father has a point that Davy is a key some way. Maybe the woman he choses also will be a key or have a copy some how... Well if not I am overthinking a little to much, it could be a crummy disney ending that ruins the movie. I reaaallly hope that's not the case! Elizabeth will be with Will, at least I hope so. I mean they are made for each other! But that's the girl in me =P I have read the first book of Jack Sparrow as a teen or a disney's tween (hehe) and it mentions Tia. Like Tia cursed someones sister into a cat. Maybe that's how they came to know each other... I guess I'll find out when I finsish the books, which better end! Is it possible that Will won't take the ship but give it to his father. I mean Will being the nice, wordkeeper person and all I bet he will let his father live his dream of being a pirate. Barbossa might have made a deal to hunt down Jack for Davy Jones or something. If not what deal could he give Davy Jones to be alive without fishy skin??? I don't know if it is just me but I don't fully get why they made Davy Jones a fish crab thing. Well he is not even a fish! He is an insect! Crabs and Squids (forgive my spelling but not even Microsoft words can help me!!) are related to spiders, hehe. Random fact for ye =P Well I could type forever about this but my hands hurt! What do you think??????? Neologos daughter: Tialowen(tee-a-low-and)

If he did stay, and even if he could breathe, he would have most definately been crushed by the force of the water hitting the front of the ship. Is Will immortal to?

The line was originally said by a character, played by Mark Williams, who usually appeared in a kitchen and is, in its entirety "...and then they made me their chief. Which was nice." The line has also been said by another character, in The Fast Show, Sir Roly Birkin (played by Paul Whitehouse), who blurts out random sentences during his drunken, mumbled ramblings. The Fast Show was shown in the US under the title "Brilliant". (Depp uses another Fast Show catchphrase (again from a Mark Williams character) in an unused version of the "parley" scene in the cave when he says, "I'll get me coat..." - this can be seen on the DVD.)
