I can maybe believe Pegasus, but the Hercules "brand" isn't that valuable to Disney.

Narnia is more likely. But not exciting enough for me, personally.

I wonder if this is a counter punch to Harry Potter coming to Uni.
If this is true I am interested in seeing the actual attraction line-up and concept art. The art on Jim Hill website s the old Beastly Kingdom artwork, but you can see the Pegasus ride.
It also sounds like a copy of Mermaid Lagoon may fit. This sounds like a DAK version of Fantasyland.

    Tougher than it sounds.

The challenge also includes sarcasm and other negative-speak.

It made me realize that I could re- tool my comments here. I'm taking the 21 day challenge.

It's the same reasong why the proposed Robin Hood ride got shot down in the 70's: there's just not much to look at or cause any tension at all. If they must have a Bambi attraction, make it the shooting gallery.

    That would be cool.

But they'll just stick characters everywhere. Whatever. Take a great park and crap it up like they are doing to everything else.

Actually, I could see the use of a Bambi ride there as a 'cute' attraction (like Winnie the Pooh) for the little ones and their families. To be honest, there's really not a lot for the younger set at Animal Kingdom. If done right, imagine the forest fire scene of the movie as a climax. That actually could be quite exciting, especially if real fire were to be used...

Suddenly Friday's "Why For?" segment features something like this,

"Hi Jim! Long time reader, first time writing, you know the drill. Just wanted to say how much I am enjoying the new "Ratatouille" DVD loaded with lots of features. Had a thought while I was watching, however, about X Atencio's collection of celebtrity fingernail clippings. Do you think the rumours of an adults only park going into Shanghai are true? Oh and what about those paper plates with the cool logos you get in the WDW parks? I've ALWAYS wondered who made them. Any info you care to share?"

JH: "Well, it's a nice co-inky-dink you asked, Cody, because the WDC just changed their suppliers of paper plates. Why For?......"

Oh and "Why For" is one of the MOST ANNOYING phrases on the internet.

His constant harping about the latest Pixar film being a flop and taking down the company with it certainly never comes true(and is also a bit repetitive).

Um, I beg to differ. Jim's been wrong so many times on so many topics. He's repeatedly made assumptions based on bad info, probably fed to him by people within the company who were either 1) disgruntled/fired or 2) genuinely want to see him embarrassed by his continued gullibility.

And he will strain and strain to justify and vindicate his erroneous, previous articles. Or just ignore them when the evidence he was wrong is just too damning.

He's a goofball who gets way too much exposure.

Al's an oddity, but Jim's just... ick. He's just got no inner governor as to what's credible.

I loved his article about four years back stating that there was no budget for Expedition Everest queue, and it will be switchbacks with tv screens.
