I belive it is usually in May (just going on a hunch, not any real facts or anything), and everything is included in the price of park admission, other than the obvious souvenirs and food and all that stuff.

That was at the end of June. I think they had t-shirts and took a group picture and rode Star Tours and some other things. It is different than what they do at DisneyWorld. It is a much bigger organized event with stars and such at Disney World, this was just a meet the fan organization in that area arranged, I think.
