Yeah I go to take off the right shoe and I hear the back of my leg near the harmstring area go pffffttttt. So after icing the leg up and going to bed, I wake up and I can barely move this morning. It's a little better know, granted I've taken some ibuprofen. But this leads me to my question, has anyone else ever suffered a weird injury like this. Just doing mundane day to day stuff.

I am glad it worked for you!
