On Memorial Day. On Martin Luther King Jr. Day. But you can't experience the Haunted Mansion on Halloween. The most "Halloweeny" thing in Disneyland, and on the most appropriate night of the year, the absolute coolest time to do it, it's been taken over Haunted Mansion Holiday. If the fireworks were from time to time replaced with a laser show, you wouldn't not have fireworks on July 4th. If Mr. Lincoln were replaced for two months every year with "Great Moments with Jar Jar Binks", you wouldn't do it for President's Day. Having the Haunted Mansion experience unavailable any time near Halloween just seems wrong. Really wrong.
