ABC is developing Lawyer Up, a legal comedy series from Office Christmas Party co-writer Justin Malen and Scott Stuber, Jamie Tarses and Dylan Clark’s Bluegrass FanFare. ABC Studios, where the company is based, is the studio. Written and co-executive produced by Malen, the single-camera Lawyer Up centers on a straight-laced, recent Harvard Law grad who fails the bar exam which forces her to work for her two morally ambiguous older siblings in their small law firm.
