Bring it on, let me pay upfront and I can get past all the APers who hang out five afternoons per week anyway and let me have my VIP time in the parks. The sooner this all comes in, the BETTER!!!!

I'm in the same situation as you, Bob, in that if I'm coming from the UK $150 on the full cost of my trip isn't much if it gives me full-time Fastpass access, but IMHO, Fastpass works best when it's fair to everyone. Why should people who've scrimped and saved for years for a once in a lifetime trip be penalised and potentially locked out of obtaining Fastpasses because we have VIP tickets? As it is the system favors early attendees. The odd extra FP as a hotel perk is fine - I've used them in the past myself, but I disagree with anything more than that!!!

I wouldnt for DL but for another disney park i havent gone to i might for a day. Premium holiday ticket would be a must during xmas. Buying a park hopper for ten years with the cost of 1500-2000 is a great idea! Just imagine how much ticket prices are going to steadily incline so you would get your tickets for a bargain.

I doubt this option would be so popular that it would lock others out from fastpasses. Besides for someone who's taking a once in a lifetime trip, this might be totally worth it to them to have. Just a couple hundred more and they can ride all they want on that once in a lifetime trip! At least there would be the OPTION there if they wanted it. And especially in DL, where the park in usually full of APers whom wouldn't fork out the extra cash for it because they would have no need for it, I doubt this ticket option would lock out anyone else from getting fastpasses.

The only thing besides not having all that money up front to purchase tickets for the next ten years that would stop e from doing this is not being sure I'd be able to go every year for the next ten years. Like this year we can't go, and what would happen to those tickets? Would they expire? If not, and you could use them some other year, it'd be a great option if you had the money.

Now as far as the touring option goes: "Touring Only / No Rides Ticket – Access to theme parks to enjoy everything except the rides and shows with a queue (between $29 and $49 per guest, per day);" Between $30-$50 seems like a lot to pay for someone who will get to enjoy no rides or shows. Doesn't it? What else is there to enjoy besides shopping, eating, and general scenery? You have to pay to shop and eat, so what you're paying for is the scenery and atmosphere?

Paying for everything you do sucks when you're like us and want to see and do it all. It's only beneficial to someone who doesn't like to ride or do a lot.

F! and the parades would be open, I would think. Since they can control WoC, it could go either way. But then again, heck if I know.

Thats true, if they made it to be general hopper tickets that you could sell or give away would make it ideal. For me going 2-3x a year wouldnt work for me I think the general admission is a great idea too. I think it would be an idea to have it where parents and small children could go on FL rides only seeing as thats what most parent or granparents tend to do.
