We love the view from these rooms and actually prefer it over the theme park view. It seems like most of the time we are over World of Disneyland and a couple of times we have been farther down Downtown Disney. We enjoy watching people head in the park, the action and music from Downtown Disney, and the fireworks.

I have stayed many times in the DTD view rooms at DLH, and it is my favorite view there. I love hearing the music from DTD and seeing all the people coming and going.

So, hey, I have a good excuse to splurge on the GCH again! Gotta try that DTD view!

We always reserve DTD view, because we love the atmosphere on that side...watching the people, listening to the musicians in the evening, etc. We were upgraded to a DCA view one time. While we enjoyed watching DCA's lights at night and waking up in the morning, we prefer the DTD rooms.

    Have a great stay!
