:) And he's the only one I ever seriously dated so I can't answer the second part!

I am married to a prince who is 10 yrs. younger than me. It's not great, it's fantastic! When I had my stoke 2 yrs ago I worried how he would handle having to live with someone who now had a disability. He took on responsibility of caregiver during my recovery/re-hab and never complained. (I'm a horrible patient.)
I don't know what I would have done without him, and I thank God for him everyday.

The largest age difference is with my husband. It was difference between dating him and the younger guy...I learned I like the guys older!

The only problem with have is with nostalgia. I don't "get" some things from his childhood and he doesn't get why I like to watch Little House on the Prairie on the weekends.

My husband was 4 years older. Naturally I had the most in common with him.
After hubby were a couple of guys a bit younger. They didn't last long.
Current guy is only 1.5 years older.
It's kinda nice being with someone my own age, we get a lot of the same cultural references, in spite of him having a totally different background and growing up in another state.

The largest age difference is the one with my husband - he's 11 years older than me. Just like with Ursula, we experience those nostalgia differences. I like to think we learn from those and appreciate the different decades that shaped each of our lives.

While there are some nostalga differences, there aren't many. Mark and I connected right away after we met. Age has never been a problem.

I found out a few weeks later that he was only 16!!! He sure didn't look or act that age and since he was in a band he knew everyone and never got carded or questioned at clubs.

I ended that cradle-robbing event real quick!! I felt very guilty for a while, too.

I think he was a bit shocked when I told him the truth but we got on quite well. He liked the same music and such as me. Once in a while he would say or do something that made me realize he was a bit immature. All in all, it was great except I could never have a full time commitment with a smoker which he was.

My husband and I are the same age and we agree on and remember the same things. That is good.

Anyhow, for oldest - let's see, I was born 18 April and the man I lived with for about 5 or 6 years in my early 20s (we got together) was born May 7. Oh, yeah, that May 7 was long enough before my April 18 that he got his driver's license shortly after I was born. (i.e., 16 year diff is the longest for me)

John & I were very comfortable together, and honestly, I think he helped me become the person I am today since I was so darned young when we got together (I was 20, he was 36). Anyhow, I'm happy to say that the best thing about him is that he's Eric's & my best friend. He's just THAT cool. :)
