I'm trying to find the most cost & time effective way to get to and from International Drive to Disneyworld. Rent a car/park $10/day? Taxi? Seems it would be easy to taxi from DTD at night, but they don't open until 11 so I wouldn't think the D-buses would go there in the a.m. I've always been fortunate to stay on property and not need a car, so I'll take all suggestions!

I think the question you need to ask is convienance over cost- the shuttle will prob be the cheapest option but youll loose alot of park time and have to live more by a schedule. The car would prob be the more expensive option but you could come and go when you want and also have the options of eating/shopping off site which could save money.

Depending on points Taxis could work for or against you- If you point out of DTD youll need to add atleast 45 min each way to get to a park and the taxi would still be atleast 30 each way.. If you go hotel to gate the cost would prob hit 35-60 each way- If you google mears they have a taxi fare estimate.
