He'a our local developer here in Loveland. He developed a huge shopping center and business park with huge taxpeyer subsidies. The main shopping center, The Promenades at Centerra, is in bankruptcy, a la Anaheim GardenWalk. He of course came out smelling like a rose. He's now using taxpayer money to rebuild a freeway offramp that leads to a failed auto-mall he developed. The guy just doesn't give up. But the most important thing to remember about him: his "deals" always protect his company and leave everyone else holding the bag.

He will collect his fees, buid the place and walk away. Its his standard mode of operation.
