If you get building 14 or 15 (where we were) your right next to restaurants, shop, and the rest. Also you just have to cross the parking lot to buses.

You can walk from food court to food court in 10 - 12 minutes. So nothing is too far, IMHO.

I prefer the POFQ theming, since I'm a fan of Paris (and the fountains, fences, etc. remind me of the city).

I do have one question. (We never thought to do this...)

Can you take a bus to POR from POFQ to check it out?

Yes, but I would check with the driver first to make sure it wasn't a direct bus to the parks. I think MK runs a direct bus in the morning so check first. It's really more relaxing to take the boat down to Riverside when they are running.

There's wildlife everywhere - ducks, herons, bunnies, lizards - great landscaping, better food court and restaurant, fabulous pool, fishin' hole - it's a great place to RELAX and slow down when you're not at the parks.

personally, I enjoyed staying @ POR even more than staying at AKL.
