Originally Posted By leemac It be honest you aren't missing out on anything. It is a very "lite" book with not a great deal of artwork and just PR-style photography. There isn't a lot of detail at all. The book didn't turn out how Melody envisaged but it became a struggle to even get it out there at all. She did actually tell us that our coverage of the park's design and construction in Tales from the Laughing Place magazine was more along the lines of what she wanted to do. And you are always welcome.

I think they may be out of them already, though.

The photos are also nothing new if you have access to the HKDL press site. But, there is a full color aerial plotplan of the park, current to Autopia. That's the sort of thing that makes this type of book interesting, I think. In addition, there is a two-page foldout of the large "souvenir" map (which shows the skull Pirates logo from the movie right where Adventureland will go under the berm). The Disneyland and Disneyland Paris books could use this.
