I'm thinking that the tour took 3 hours and then another 1/2 hr to get the seats and goodies before the parade started. The weekend parade starts later. So again, I'm just trying to remember here, that to watch the evening parade (I think it's at 7:30 on the weekends) the tour would start at 3 or 4. I hope that helps for the pre-pre-planning
