I'm actually a little surprised to see that they are already this far along on the project. I knew that it was nearing completion, but I had no idea that they were starting to furnish the rooms.

They know this resort will sell (maybe not as quickly as when they planned it, but it will) and they know the units that don't go to DVCers they'll be able to command outrageous rates for from regular guests ... so Disney is rushing this BLT to the table because they know people are hungry and they will bite.

What I reall want to see is pictures of it from Tomorrowland and see how it fits with Space Mt. Is it far enough away as to not dwarf Space Mt?

Concering the tower, I think after it has been around for a few years ,and everyone gets used to it, it's location will become less of an issue. I mean, it is not like they are going to move it!

The COntemporary itself to me is too cold/sterile - I always preferred Poly before I bought into DVC in 93.

Therefore I have to think most guest will not notice it while inside the park. I'm just concerned about the impact on the monorail traffic. -em brought up an interesting point when she mentioned the garden wing that was removed. Now I'm trying to find out how many rooms were added, and how many taken away.

If you're going to build your premiere DVC locale one might think you'd want it to have all the bells and whistles and then some ... not the absolute bare minimum ... oh a pool ... wow!

I think that'll work... It was taken about a week ago and I think it was on the shores of the Grand

I thought the BLT was suppose to have it's own counter service, and table service, and bar? Have I been mislead or possibly my wife slipped me to many meds. today. She's been known to do that.
