When I stay at a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn, they're both included. When I stay at a Sheraton, Marriott, or Hilton, they never are. It's an industry-wide stance that just doesn't make sense to me. While POR is very adequate, I think it leans more toward the Holiday Inn end of the spectrum, so I guess it fits in with the industry trend, but it's strange that they're changing their policy (though I'm not complaining, since it makes a better guest experience)
