We got to the park at about 3:30 PM. It was raining very hard the down escalators were working but as stated before the up ones were not. As we were entering the park people were coming out of it as if it were closing time, but that wasn't till 8PM. Needless to say that despite our late entry we had no problems with crowds in the park. Most people hung out in the stores and under archways but by 5PM there wasn't much of a need to do that. Despite the fact that the rain stopped at 5PM the crowds didn't seemed convienced that it wasn't about to pelt them again and in general never really seemed to get out of the stores. For the rest of us who were not tricked into believing we were made out of sugar, got to go on the attractions at will. It had been a long while since we went into Fantasyland and since most of the stroller crowd had exited we did all but Alice in Wonderland. Also, despite the rain I still enjoyed a Dole Whip. Not much really to report but it was another fun day. http://www.peeaanuut.com/galle ry/Another-Day-at-DL-2-27-06

The weather was cooperative beforehand and it was perfect to us as we are from Victoria BC just above Seattle so we can understand the web-feet feeling!
