(Any more than I got them in most of MGM when it opened). But in the stronger sections? Around Grizzly, Condor Flats, sitting in the Animation lobby or in the Beast's Library, watching ITTBAB, riding TOT, enjoying the winery, or even on the pier once they added TSMM? Yep. Very Disney vibe.

Plenty of people didn't feel like it had that "Disney park vibe," and plenty of others felt it did, at least at its best. And both are valid opinions of how the park hit a particular individual.
