Needless to say, this will be a very cheap trip. We're trying to see how LITTLE we can spend. It's kind of a fun game. We are drawing the line, though, with food. We're not taking our own food in or anything like that. That's no fun. Anyway, enough rambling. Here are my questions: 1. What is the cheapest transportation from the airport to the Sheraton Safari? 2. What are the cheapest places to eat in each park? 3. Does anyone have an experience with the Sheraton Safari shuttle service to the parks? How is it? Thanks in advance for the advice! I'm not a cheapskate. Really. It's just that I have only been planning this trip for about three days and I have not had much time to save. If I don't go to WDW next month, I'm not going for a looooong time and my AP will expire. Like I said, long story.

We didn't need airport transpertation when we got there because we had 3 nights at All Star Movies resort so we used magical express. My son got poison oak 2 days before our vacation and he gets it really bad, so we had to change our reservation. We used our 3 nights we had booked at Movies. We had a week before that booked at Port Orleans that we had to cancel. We had booked a 10 night stay at 2 resorts. We couldn't get any disney resort for the rest of our stay so we booked the Sheraton. We did take a taxi from Movies to the Sheraton that was $20. The Sheraton was a nice place to stay. We had a suite. I did not like the shuttle service. It was okay in the morning but comming back times were limited and it was in the middle of a parking lot to catch the shuttle back with no shelter. One day it poured rain. Luckily we had our poncho's but other people did not and they got soaked! And then the bus was an hour late. We ended up taking a disney bus to down town disney and took a cab from there for $12 for our last 2 days there. The shuttle sometimes went to the other parks after they picked you up to get more people. The disney buses are so much better. This was the first time we didn't stay on property. There are alot of resteraunts by the Sheraton. We went to the 7-11 across the street and got muffins and cereal for breakfast and ate in the room. Our suite had bowls and spoons. There is a Burger King close by too. There is a discount store across the street with lots of disney soviners. We took a cab back to the airport. That was $60. I did like the hotel. The pool is nice. My son loved the snake slide. Our room was quiet even being on a busy street. Beds were super comfy. Our suite was spacious and I liked the decor. Staff was friendly. I just didn't like the shuttle comming back from the parks. You might want to rent a car. As for eating in the parks this was also our fist time without the dinning plan. So it was nice eating breakfast in the room and we did go back early enough on 2 of our days and we ate at Burger King. I did have dinner at Park Fare one night. Expensive but fun. And we went to the Plaza at Magic Kingdom. They were pretty reasonable for a nice resteraunt. There are alot of counter service resterants too. We like the Flame Tree at Animal Kingdom and Toy Story Pizza Planet at Hollywood Studios. Hope this helps. Have fun!
