Spoodles served dishes that had a uniquely Mediterranean flavor that is not available at WDW elsewhere, and I will miss it tremendously.

Originally Posted By magnet Spoodles is at the Boardwalk resort. It's rarely very busy in the morning, which is when I typically go since I like the breakfasts. The breakfast fare is unlike most of what you get at other Disney resorts and is very good. I don't specifically know what issue led to the end of Spoodles, but in general, I think the boardwalk resort is not a great place to have your restaurant. The resort is not that easy to find if you're driving, plus it's pretty remote from all of the parks. Parking at the resort is far away from the entrance, and it's a pain in the rear to take the friendship boat to the resort. So, I think, if business was bad it probably had a lot to do with location.
