WDW has several launching sites, including ones on the rooftops of Fantasyland that cover a wide part of the field of vision, while DL doesn't have any place to put that many launch sites. Also, they have several depths from the park to launch them from, and DL really doesn't have the room backstage to make a dramatic difference in where the pyro comes from. So, if they are bringing HW, it will be a seriously modified show in order to fit the space better.
Originally Posted By bean a little off topic but thought i would mention that this past New Years fireworks in the bay of DCA were the last ones for a couple years. If things go as plans work starts on the bay sometime in the fall for major work which will debut The Wonderful World of Color in 2009. As for the halloween fireworks, There are plans on making this years Halloween offering bigger than last years.
