I'm surprised they couldn't quote you a price with and without concierge. They don't do the great deals at check-in anymore

We LOVED it and thought it was good value for money when there are five people using the service. We are pleased we had access to it and used it HEAPS! WDT were able to give us room prices both with and without concierge. My friend Monique tried to upgrade to concierge at check-in at GCH, and was told they were full and she was fully prepared to pay the extra for concierge ( so she was not expecting a free upgrade) and they still would not let her access it. After hearing what happened to them, I would not want to leave it to chance if you really want concierge service, make sure it's booked before you leave, just for your peace of mind!
