While my parents are from other areas (mom's from Wisconsin and dad's from all over, but mostly northeast), I did in fact grow up in the south. There are definatley things that I would say that aren't even questions (occasionally the way I say "I" sounds a lot more southern that anything esle...I can't even think of a non-southern-accented word that it sounds like). There's definately a strong flavor of Midwest thrown into me for good measure though!
