I would not go if all or most of my vacation was in that crazy week between Christmas and New Years, YUCK!

Lots and lots of people partying for one night is fun. Being only able to to ride 5 attractions a day for three days in a row can be frustrating!! (Not to mention massive lines for both the food and the restroom :( )

I guess we just love all of Disney...there are so many great cms there to help your day go smooth...I know there are softer times to go, but the kids have school and december fits in nicely, we went in the summer time in 2005 and 07 it was busier then than at christmas, but we still had a blast..
the decorations at christmas really open up the skies for a great time, you really notice the bareness when they are gone in the summer time, what ever you choose we hope you have a marvelous time, if i lived there, you could find me as a CM as well, because it is my most favouritest place in the world...I hope Disney comes to our Land one day..
I would be first in line...there is no bigger fan...hope to see you there soon..hugs from the Tink-Mobile oxoxox

It's different for everyone. I've spent about seven NYE at MK, EPCOT (Millennium included) and DL.

I enjoyed all of them, but I was there for the experience and fireworks. I wasn't there to ride anything (although I did). And I wasn't expecting anything but wall to wall people (and that was always the case, although EPCOT is the best Disney-choice for NYE because of its walkways ... DL is the absolute worst.
