Starabillas still at Downtown Disney?

It just seems to me like one of those places that would sound really great to a bunch of executives, but never really catch on with the public (it has a very early DCA feeling to me). I guess there are enough tourists from elsewhere that they can at least do decent business off of, but it really doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of what DTD has to offer.

    There are usually guests in there when I go by. Of course, foot traffic doesn't always translate into "wallet traffic," as ChurroMonster's comments show.
