Disney thinks everyone likes getting drenched to the bone. -???? I'm not one of them. So sadly ... a huge attraction that sits in the center of DCA that should be enjoyed year round .. all day long ... is the perfect WATER PARK ride if you are wearing a bikini!

Go around a couple times, and then change back into normal clothes. Combine that with the 2-hour free lockers, and I think I just found a solution to your problem! : )
