Since those would be the two big things to limit how long they are on sale, I don't see any reason other than keeping them in stock for them to not have them. Keep in mind that last year they ran out of the Jack-o-Lantern Mickey Ears on the first day they were available (it was Friday of the first weekend of HalloweenTime, and they only had kid's sized ones, but they sold all of them for the next month and a half in one day), so be prepared for that too. I was there last night and didn't see any, but I didn't go into any of the stores that would have them.
