LaughingPlace.com has learned that the Disneyland Resort presented a previously unscheduled showing of World of Color on Thursday, June 17 for a very special audience: First Lady Michelle Obama, and her children. California Adventure park was closed early in the evening for a Grad Night event, so no members of the public were cleared for the presentation. The First Lady and her children were accompanied by Secret Service.

Do these celebrities pay to come to the parks or are they invited?

If you are the first lady I'm sure you don't pay, and being a private showing maybe she was invited or the Prez requested it for them, but if you are a movie star or what-not?

B-listers and below pay and then some for the tour guides in plaid.

Nic is in Sorcerer's Apprentice. I'm sure he was invited.

And it is pretty cool that they did that for Mrs. Obama and her kids. I don't think they would have been able to see it otherwise in safety and it is a great show.

While she was in town, she wa also given a Super VIP tour at Warner Brothers and some friends of mine who worked there turned the corner and nearly ran into them (on foot). It was a pleasant surprise and we were all jealous.
