If he had to choose between the two, from experiance i would try and do the college program out in disney world. There is way more offered out there from what i have heard compared to disneylands.

It was GREAT experience....i would reccomend it for everyone....in the end the Disneyland one would have been fun since i am a native Californian....i think you can probably get more out of the WDWCP since its a lot lot Larger....there is more of a chance you will get to work were you want...Ie..Hotels, Food, Customer Service......they do provide housing and its quite a communal experience meeting people from all over the US and the World since all workers at Epcot world pavillions are from that country.... either program tho i am sure is well worth it.... It gets brought up in every interview i have had.....my Ducktorrete degree..!!
