    I searched all over the internet and found a great copy of the original version. I cranked it up and called down my wife of 29-1/2 years. I told her she had to dance with me to Sloopy. She resisted at first but I won her over. Here we were, a couple of 56 year olds who've been married almost 30 years dancing our butts off to Sloopy.

    It was wonderful. Man, I love the 60's. Man, I love my wife. Man, I love Sloopy!!

    By the way... if any of you folks have forgotten how hot babes looked in the 60's; you've got to check this out!!

    okay - as an ex drummer this is a commercial as the drummer grew up with my best friend in Brooklyn ---got to meet him a few years ago - man he can still play....
