Now we are trying figure out how much money we will need for gas.

I'm curious about how much it is per gallon for unleaded in Oregon and California (we are driving from Washington and it is about $1.99-2.17 per gallon here).

    Thanks!

I'm figuring gas for our one day trip to cost us $200.00 from Bay Area. Good thing BoyStory and I are splitting that cost.

We bought a Yukon so we could fit everyone for our trip down in August. I'm planning on $700 for gas -compared to about $250 in my Mits. Lancer :(

Oh well, its still cheaper than flying.

Thanks everyone for the information, it sure is appreciated and will help with the cost planning.

ABBY, thanks for your information, I'll make a note of it. I plan on mapquesting our trip just to give the kids something to look at and follow as we travel. I'll make a notation.

This is such an awesome board, I knew I could count on everyone to help me out :)
