I had planned on asking about legalizing marijuana, as Carter's son had just been caught with pot in the White House, but my wife had told me not to even think about it because she didn't want hate mail and phone calls. I had to think of a new question, and noticed that article on the back page of the newspaper. It was years before I told her about all the hate mail and death threats I got. LOL! The strangest part was on the subway the next day, seeing my face stare back at me from the front page of the NY Times and Daily News that the people were reading. But the absolute weirdest thing was being stopped in a department store for an autograph, and realizing that a long line had formed ... guessing that most people had no idea whose autograph they were standing on line for! My 15 (16 <G>) minutes!
