    >>I came across this on Monday at DCA. While in RCC, I had reached the top of the rope climb to the top of the tower. My kids (7 and 4) were about 50 feet in front of me and I noticed they were somewhat cornered by 3 other kids who were about 11 or 12. When I got closer, I realized the 3 kids were actually demanding $1 from each of my kids to pass through.

I got my kids and went to the CM who was at the entrance of RCC and advised him of the situation. You could see the top of the rope climb from his position. Sure enough, he saw it going on and alerted security immediately.

After a very quick response, the 3 kids were taken away by the security guards. One guard met with me and asked me what had happened. All of this was taken very seriously by the security guards and I am sure I won't be seeing this again at the park.

I do not know if these kids were with anyone, but it seems like they must have done this before. <<

    YIKES!

Also, how many 4 and 7 year olds have dollar bills in their pockets to pay shakedown money in the first place?

And kids may be kids, but what kind of kid goes to the Disneyland Resort in the middle of all the good time adn thinks hey lets get some money from a bunch of little kids? No that's a glaring problem and should be address immediately. And I would strongly question anyone who thought nothing of this behavior.

We alerted the CM's in the cafe, who said they'd let security know. Hearing this story makes me wonder if it's the same boys.
