At the time, they also included a free rental car with the reservation. The place had everything including a Florida Room with a pool and hot tub, six bedrooms, beautifully furnished, play room with a pool table and air hockey table. In short it was not only terrific, but, inexpensive by comparison. I highly recommend them. Pool with hottub, gameroom in the garage, kitchen, etc. I think they paid $1400 for the week and they have no doubt they made a good choice.
