In the episode where Chef dies, the "Super Adventurers Club" is a jab at the Adventurers Club in DTD. I was watching an interview with the South Park creators talking about postmodern representation in telivision and they confirmed the Adventurers Club was their target in that episode.

Theres a scene in the third part where kyle explains why everything imaginary is real (because our beliefs have such a big impact on our lives), which is very post-modern. It was secondarily about how terrorists and the government control people by effecting their imaginations. The terrorists bombed imagination land. That's how terrorism works, they make people afraid of things that arn't rational to fear. Then the government used that fear to nuke imagination land.
