That was, of course, before the October calendar was posted and the fireworks and parade were still on the schedule for October. Also, when I tried to make a booking at the Carousel Inn and Suites the 23rd was the one day in the 5 days that I wanted that was totally booked. This all took place approximately 6 weeks ago and since I hadn't heard anything else I thought I would check. It looks like we won't have to worry about it being crazy busy on our last day in the park.
