I'm glad to see that they did have a chance to get another parade through the Sunshine Plaza before it goes away, since it's well designed for that sort of thing (it's just the rest of the time that it doesn't work so well).

Personally, I think the water and bubbles make it interactive without going too far. While some may not like getting wet, it doesn't look like there's that much water in the parade. It gives another dimention to the parade, and will definately allow for variance with multiple viewings.
