We had a package that included a mini suite type room, trip up the Eiffel Tower, and some other discounts. Memory is fuzzy now, but there wasn't anything about the experience to make us not want to stay there again, except the desire to try something new. I do remember it was extremely windy the days we were there, and so they weren't running the Bellagio Fountain show. If they had, we could have watched from our room, which would have been nice. My only other experience staying on the strip was at the Tropicana (we didn't pick it). And the Paris is a million times better than that. But we didn't find being at that end of the strip too inconvenient. We tended to stick around there most of the time anyway (MGM, Luxor, NY NY)

I love the Restaurants,shops and the theme of the Paris so i always wanted to stay here. I spend most of my time in the location of the paris, but if i have a car it doesnt matter. I Stayed at NYNY in april and loved it. The Mandalay bay can go upwards of $200 a night so i know its a great deal. I guess i will have to research and think a little bit more before i decide.

Originally Posted By SuperDry Mandalay Bay is definitely the nicer of the two properties. If the pool area is of any interest to you, then you should take into account that Mandalay Bay has a large pool area, complete with an artificial wave pool and a lazy river.
